Congratulations to Marta Ponce Mas on the publication of her book La Mediaci\u00f3n Sist\u00e9mica<\/em><\/h3>\n

I would like to warmly congratulate Marta Ponce Mas<\/strong> on the publication of her book \u201cLa Mediaci\u00f3n Sist\u00e9mica, una mirada al sistema, un impulso para la gesti\u00f3n transformativa de conflictos\u201d<\/em> (\u201cSystemic Mediation: A Look at the System, a Drive for the Transformative Management of Conflicts\u201d<\/em>). This work offers a renewed and profound perspective on mediation, integrating the systemic approach and emphasizing the real transformation of conflicts.<\/p>\n

One of the most unique and powerful aspects of her methodology is the use of Playmobil figures (the Clicks)<\/strong> as a mediation tool. As Marta explains, these figures \u201chelp us open the door to the subconscious\u201d and can be used both in individual and joint sessions. Through symbolic play, a space emerges where perceptions and emotions often hidden in verbal discourse can surface.<\/p>\n

In addition, Marta recommended the use of NVC cards (Nonviolent Communication)<\/strong>, inspired by the work of Marshall Rosenberg. These cards include universal feelings and needs and are especially useful in mediation because they allow people to clearly identify and express what they feel and what they need, paving the way for empathy and constructive dialogue.<\/p>\n

During the book launch, she also shared another inspiring recommendation: the book by neuroscientist Nazareth Castellanos<\/strong>, \u201cNeurociencia del cuerpo: C\u00f3mo el organismo esculpe el cerebro\u201d<\/em> (\u201cThe Neuroscience of the Body: How the Organism Shapes the Brain\u201d<\/em>). This work connects science with lived experience, showing how the body and brain mutually shape each other in processes of perception and awareness. An essential read for those seeking to better understand the links between emotions, the body, and the mind in conflict management.<\/p>\n

The book presentation was very well organized by ACDMA<\/strong>, who chose a warm and historic venue: the Casal de la Pla\u00e7a de la Conc\u00f2rdia in Les Corts<\/strong>. The event was particularly original thanks to Adri\u00e1n Prada<\/strong>, who agreed to undergo a mediation session led by Marta herself using the Playmobil Clicks live. A fresh and innovative moment that captivated all attendees and practically demonstrated the transformative potential of this tool.<\/p>\n

In short, the trajectory and creativity of Marta Ponce Mas are an inspiration for all of us dedicated to mediation and conflict management. Her book is a valuable contribution to continuing the journey toward a transformative, systemic, and human-centered mediation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
